As a rebuild/installer, Todd connected drops to newly rebuilt plant and installed new drops when necessary. Todd briefly worked with Florida Power during 1993, in the Asset Management area, where he located, purchased and maintained substation and satellite office properties. When Todd came to Premier Cable Communications, he accepted relocation to Houston, Texas, where he supervised the re-wiring and re-splicing of multiple dwelling units. In 1996, Todd relocated again for the company to Atlanta, Georgia. His promotion to Construction Manager bestowed upon him the supervision of fiber construction, MDU rebuilds, splicing, network services (telephony) and hub-site construction. When the opportunity arose in 1997 for a project of his own, Todd accepted a transfer back to Houston, Texas as the Project Manager. His experiences since 1986 qualify him to fulfill his responsibilities which include overseeing aerial fiber construction, underground construction, splicing and MDU rebuilds. During his management of the ongoing Houston project, Todd supervised the upgrade for nearby Bridge City, Texas. Todd returned to Florida's west coast late in 1998 to manage the ongoing Time Warner Aerial, Underground & MDU Rebuild and Upgrade.
