1. For design clients, WEBility requires this agreement to be signed and returned, with a design deposit before any work commences.
2. For design clients, the remaining balance is due upon design completion.
3. Any design discounts are given on the understanding that the hosting term with WEBility is for a minimum period of 12 months.
4. For hosting clients, WEBility requires this agreement to be signed and returned with the set up fee and first months hosting fee, or if paying for a twelve month contract in advance, the annual hosting fee.
5. Any hosting discounts or promotions are given on the understanding that the hosting term with WEBility is for a minimum period of 12 months.
6. If the client cancels their hosting agreement with WEBility, all outstanding hosting fees for the remainder of this contract are required to be paid as agreed.  Fees for design, setup and the first month's hosting service are not refundable.
7. WEBility reserves the right to cancel service at any time for any reason by giving 30 days written notice.
8. If WEBility cancels this agreement, any hosting fees pre-paid by the client for full months not used will be refunded.
9. Monthly hosting service shall be pre-paid. An e-mail hosting bill will be sent on the 15^th of each month, with payment to be received by the 1^st of the following month to ensure there is no break in service.
10. Hosting clients paying fees annually will be sent a renewal e-mail bill 30 days prior to the   day the contract expires, with payment due on or before the expiry date.
11. Any payments not received by the due date will be subject to late charges.
12. WEBility is not responsible for clients web site ranking within search engines.
13. The client is solely responsible for all advertising and marketing of their web site.
